Delete Your Brand Battles Account and Data

We value your privacy and want to make it easy for you to manage your account and data. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your Brand Battles account and the data associated with it.

Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Brand Battles app:

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Tap Delete Permanently to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email:

1. Send an email to support [at] brandbattles.games with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your account and include your username.
3. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account before we delete it.
4. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when your account has been deleted.

Data We Delete

• Account information, such as your name, email address, username, and profile picture
• Game history, Tokens, leaderboard history, and activity data
• Wallet contents, including unused Coupons and Rewards
• Photos, reviews, and feedback you submitted, which are removed from Brand Battles

Data We May Keep

Some information may be kept for a limited period when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including records of prizes awarded, fraud-prevention and account-integrity records, and correspondence related to disputes or legal requests. We keep this information only as long as necessary for these purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If a participating brand has already used your photos or reviews in its own marketing under the license you granted, that brand controls its copies. You can contact the brand directly to ask for removal.
