Brand Battles is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the account and delete associated data.

- Geographic Limit: Brand Battles operates within the United States only. Physical rewards are delivered only within the USA.
- Verification & VPN: We may use Geo-IP verification and other security signals to confirm eligibility. Use of VPNs, proxies, or automation tools may result in reward forfeiture or account restrictions.
- Fraud Verification: Rewards may be withheld if a transaction is cancelled, returned, or flagged as fraudulent or abusive.
- Fulfillment by Brands: Participating brands are solely responsible for prize fulfillment. Brand Battles is not liable for shipping delays, damages, or failure to fulfill.
- Third-Party Links: Discounts accessed through affiliate partners are subject to external platform terms. We are not responsible for pricing changes or expired offers.
- Social Media Disclosure: Users must include required disclosures (e.g., #Ad or #Sponsored) in accordance with FTC guidelines when posting promotional content.

- Shipping information is shared only with brand partners for reward fulfillment.
- User-generated content may be used by Brand Battles and participating brands for marketing and promotional purposes.
